Khairul Mazlan is a Malaysian corporate trainer, performance coach, and facilitator specialising in sales performance, personal development, and leadership. He is Past President of the Malaysia Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC) and a three-time Top 10 Trainer with the Global Trainers Federation. He has trained teams at Maybank, HSBC, Sime Darby, Perodua, Proton, Khazanah Nasional, Bursa Malaysia, Sarawak Energy, and Pos Malaysia, among others, across Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.

Khairul's journey began not in a training room, but aboard ships — as a Chief Engineer who circumnavigated the world and discovered, through every port and every crew, the universal language of human potential.

That passion for performance surfaced early. A national handball athlete who became the youngest handball coach to lead a championship team at 16. Later, a basketball coach for Putrajaya.
